24 Hours of Appalachia: Chemical Valley Scramble II 2027 is the second running of the series’ Kanawha Valley 24-hour endurance rally, based at Appalachian Outlaw Trails in Diamond, West Virginia, starting Friday, April 30 at 5 p.m. and finishing Sunday, May 2 at 3 p.m. Teams navigate more than 250 miles of rugged mountain terrain and backroads across southern West Virginia; it is not a race, and the 2027 edition adds dedicated classes for 2WD and 4WD ATVs. Camping for the weekend is booked separately through Appalachian Outlaw Trails, and registration is through the organizer’s Givebutter page.
